Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal products, services, or instructions.
  • Stolen data, unauthorized access content, or identity abuse.
  • Malware, phishing content, or harmful code.
  • Fraud, payment abuse, or charge manipulation.
  • Spam, misleading listings, or fake reviews.

Listing Quality Rules

  • Use clear and accurate product descriptions.
  • Do not make false guarantees or unverifiable claims.
  • State delivery type, conditions, and limitations.
  • Provide responsive support for active orders.

Marketplace Abuse Rules

  • No automated abuse traffic, endpoint probing, or security-control bypass attempts.
  • No manipulation of ratings, disputes, or order outcomes.
  • No coordinated spam listings, duplicate deceptive storefronts, or trust-signal gaming.
  • No off-platform coercion intended to bypass platform protections.

Account and Security Rules

  • Maintain one legitimate account per user identity unless authorized.
  • Do not bypass platform controls, rate limits, or security checks.
  • Do not automate abusive traffic or scrape restricted data.

Enforcement Approach

Enforcement is proportional to severity and recurrence. Minor first-time issues may receive corrective warnings, while repeated or severe violations can trigger immediate restrictions.

  • Warning and corrective guidance.
  • Listing or feature restrictions.
  • Temporary account limitation or suspension.
  • Permanent enforcement for persistent or severe abuse.

Appeals and Clarification

If you believe an action was applied incorrectly, you may submit an appeal with relevant evidence and timeline context. Appeals with specific, verifiable details are reviewed faster.

Enforcement

Violations can result in listing removal, temporary restrictions, fund holds during review, or permanent account suspension. We may share relevant records when legally required.
